Wheelblast technology is a fast, efficient and economic cleaning method, which is used for castings, profile bars, steel plates and welded steel parts of various shapes in stationary surface treatment plants.

This method is based on accelerating the cleaning shot to impact at the workpiece surface by a rapidly rotating disc (bladed wheel). Angular or spherical steel shot (also stainless steel) and wirecut can be used as blasting media.
