FILTEX® FILTERS FOR ALL FIELDS OF INDUSTRY
The
standard filter material is knitted polyester cloth. The separation
efficiency of each filter unit (with standard blowers) is 99.95%,
emission rate usually less than 3
mg/m3. With additional filter elements the separation efficiency is
99.997%. We can offer several filter material alternatives, including
surface-impregnated materials.
The filtering units can be equipped with optional devices. These
include explosion hatches, spark traps, differential pressure gauges,
pressure switches, additional vacuum connectors etc. The filtering
units can be delivered with or without a dust cone and a dust chamber,
with or without a blower and a blower chamber.
All
filter units can be delivered with 3-5 alternative blower sizes
regardless of the capacity of the unit.Standard units are available up
to 460m2/50000m3/h.
