PREMAC
shot blasting plants are equipped with Vacu-Blast® and
Premac shot blasting units.
Main modules of a shot-blasting plant are: 1) Blasting room with inlet
valves in the roof, rubber curtain liners and lights, 2) hopper floor
covered by a perforated sheet with recovery system collector channels
and supporting structures, 3) shot-separator, 4) shot-blasting unit, 5)
cyclone and centrifuge and 6) dust filter for room air conditioning
system.centrifugalfläkt och dammfilter.
PREMAC supplies shot blasting
plants with three different floor solutions:
- Vacuum
operated waffle floor structure as shown in the picture. It can be
installed
directly on the floor or in an extremely shallow recess
Low-cost
funnel-shaped hopper floor with pneumatic abrasive recovery from the
hopper via three angled collector channel into a shot cleaning
separator. The cleaned abrasive is recirculated to use.
- Screw-conveyor
structure in which the abrasive is recovered through a perforated plate
floor into conveyor channels and further via screw conveyors into
interim hoppers from which the abrasive is vacuum transferred into a
shot separatoren.
The dimensions and type of the blasting plant floor structures are
determined by the customer's requirements and dimensions of the
workpieces.
Thanks to efficient air conditioning system and dust filtration, the
working conditions are excellent and dust is not transferred into the
environment. Shot separation is characterized by an extremely accurate
adjustability with which abrasive consumption is kept to a minimum and
the work quality very uniform. The blasting rooms are supplied
either on a turn-key basis or with the client supplying certain agreed
parts. To date we have supplied about 150 blasting plants.
